Hook Hinge Pin (1 Required per Catch)

Hook Hinge Pin for either in a 6 door clamp configuration for the larger doors and 4 door configuration for the smaller tanks

Secured by a M8 Bolt with lock nut into the hook and follower pin are (available separate)

20mm Stainless follower pin is used to retract and extend the Door Hook Movement 

Smaller tanks require 4 follower pins and the large tanks 6 follower pins

25mm thick in either in a 6 door clamp configuration for the larger doors and 4 door configuration for the smaller tanks

has the centre 25mm pivot hole and fixing and 20mm following hole and fixing (available separate)

Eccentric Door adjustment Bush enabling the door catch to be adjusted when needed to tighten the door seal.

Generally in a 4 door catch configuration on smaller vehicles and 6 door catch configuration of the larger vehicles 

25mm Main Pivot Pin (2 Required To Make Catch)

Main side Pivot Pin for either in a 6 door clamp configuration for the larger doors and 4 door configuration for the smaller tanks

they are secured by a Caphead Bolt and lock nut (Later Version) and the centre Pin and follower pin are (available separate)

NOTE: For a complete door catch 2 are needed per Door Catch assembly  

Fuller Hydraulic Door Catch cheek plates are used to join the hook and hydraulic ram. Plated finish 

The Fuller Door Catch is generally in a 4 catch or 6 catch arrangement depending on the tank diameter.

2 Required per Tank

Manufactured with a M20 thread on the end for securing the door pivot pin 

Latest version also has grease point through the pin to grease the pivot Bush

Plated Finish 

Door opening Ram Fixing Pins. 2 required per door opening ram. 4 off per tanker

Drilled for Grease nipple and split pin to secure the pin in place

Different sizes required depending on the small tank opening rams and large tank opening rams
